  • What types of trading cards do you buy?
    We buy Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, including singles, slabs, and sealed products. We also consider other trading card games like One Piece and Lorcana. For Pokémon cards, we offer competitive prices based on the card's market value.

  • Do you offer trading card grading services?
    Yes! We provide a convenient PSA grading submission service. Submit your cards through us for $23 per card, which includes shipping back to you, as long as you’re grading more than one card. Cards should be valued up to $200 to avoid upcharges; if an upcharge occurs, you’ll only need to cover the difference.

Selling & Trading

  • How do I sell or trade my cards?
    Selling or trading your cards is easy! Fill out our Sell or Trade-In Form with details about your cards, such as condition and quantity. We will review the information and get in touch with you to discuss a fair offer.

  • How do I consign my cards?
    If you're interested in consigning your cards, visit our Consignment Page to learn more. Submit details about your cards, and we’ll handle the listing, marketing, and sales process for you.

PSA Submissions

  • What is the process for PSA submissions?
    Submit your cards through our PSA Submission form. We’ll handle the grading process, from packing and shipping to ensuring your cards get the professional treatment they deserve. For detailed information on our service, check out the PSA Submission Page.

Open to Offers

  • Do you offer price matching?
    We currently are open to offers , we do not provide a formal price matching. However, we are open to negotiating offers based on current market values. Check our Open to Offers Page for more details.

  • How does the Open to Offers service work?
    Our Open to Offers Page allows you to make offers on trading cards. We review offers based on market conditions and item availability. We’ll get back to you with a response to your offer.

  • What are your business hours?
    We are available Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CST) and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (CST). We are closed on Sundays.

Orders & Shipping

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. USPS Tracking

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment processors like Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Payment information is securely processed and protected.

  • How can I participate in your Instagram auctions or claim sales?
    To join our weekly Instagram auctions and claim sales, follow us on Instagram @TraderVos and keep an eye on our posts. When a sale goes live, you can bid or claim the cards by following the rules outlined in each post.

  • Can I return items purchased from Trader Vo’s?
    We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and unused. However, please note that all auction or claim sale purchases are final and non-returnable unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
