• Pricing: We offer 60%-80% of TCGPlayer Low or eBay's Last Sold prices for cash, and 70%-90% for trade-in credit. For other trading card games like One Piece or Lorcana, rates may vary and are typically lower unless part of a trade-in deal.

• Final Sales: Once a sale or trade-in is completed, all transactions are final, and no refunds or exchanges are available.

b. Shipping Responsibility:
Sellers and traders are responsible for securely packaging and shipping items to us. For larger transactions, we may provide prepaid shipping labels. Damage incurred during shipping may affect the final offer.

Auctions and Claim Sales

Trader Vo's conducts auctions and claim sales on platforms like Instagram. By participating in these sales, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines provided in the auction or sale listings.
