Refund Process

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Auctions & Claim Sales: All sales made through Instagram auctions or claim sales are considered final. No refunds will be issued for these transactions unless the product was misrepresented or arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a resolution.
Buy, Sell, and Trade Transactions: Products sold or traded through our Buy, Sell, and Trade program are final sale. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. If a product was misrepresented or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to request a resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with discounts are final sale unless defective or damaged.
