At Trader Vo's, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, from ordering to delivery. Please read the following shipping and returns policies carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to various locations both domestically and internationally. Shipping fees, delivery times, and policies vary based on your location and the products ordered.

  • a. Shipping Costs

    • Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees for orders within the U.S. are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise noted.

    • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • b. Shipping Times

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. This excludes weekends and holidays.

    • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

    • Tracking: All orders will include a tracking number once shipped. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

  • c. High-Value Orders For high-value items, including rare, graded, or premium trading cards, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If your order qualifies for signature confirmation, you will be notified at checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • a. Return Eligibility

    • Time Frame: To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as products purchased through auctions, claim sales, and discounted or final sale items, are non-returnable. Graded cards are sold as-is and cannot be returned due to grading disagreements. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

  • b. Return Process

    • Contact Us: Email us at Tradervoscardshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

    • Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • c. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Tradervoscardshop@gmail.com. We may request photos of the damage to assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Buy, Sell, and Trade Transactions

  • Products sold or traded through our Buy, Sell, and Trade program are final sale. Once a transaction is completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product was misrepresented or arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is an issue.

Auction and Claim Sale Returns

All sales made through Instagram auctions or claim sales are final and non-returnable unless the product was misrepresented or arrives damaged. In the event of a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a resolution.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Tradervoscardshop@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trader Vo's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the package safely. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For high-value orders, we recommend choosing a shipping option that includes insurance.
